What we did

We first worked with Cannon Care Homes to reduce energy expenditure. Following significant cost reductions, Cannon wanted to unify their waste management and merchant services and reduce costs further. Tied into existing contracts, this wasn’t quick to achieve, but with multiple services managed through one supplier point of contact, there were clear benefits. This resulted in a tailored cost management package across three services.

Results

The results

We aligned all contract end dates on 100% renewable energy tariffs. We established waste management contract terms, with a focus on clinical waste, to enable billing queries to be dealt with promptly. With the business being new to taking card payments, we setup a merchant account, provided terminals and provided full in-person training across three sites. In total, Cannon Care Homes have made an annual saving of over £5000 per year across energy and merchant services. And, with only one point of contact across three services and their dedicated Unyfi account manager just a phone call away, they have freed up a significant amount of time.
