Background

Woven

Woven is a market leader in contact centre outsourcing with offices in Bristol, Swindon & Ipswich.

Approach

What we did

We started working with Woven to reduce their energy bills across their two call centre offices in Ipswich and Bristol. We wanted to unify the two office’s energy plans so both locations could be managed through one supplier point of contract. Due to our close working relationships with energy suppliers, we were able to quickly negotiate a tailored energy plan with bespoke contract lengths for both offices.

Results

The results

Overall, Woven have annual savings of over £48k compared to their former rates with their old supplier. By procuring multiple sites with a bespoke end date of 30th of September, Woven were able to enjoy cheaper energy costs because they could take advantage of more summer periods relative to winter periods when wholesale prices are higher.  Furthermore, as part of the procurement process, Unyfi resolved a previous backdating contract issue and Woven received over £11k in the form of rebates from their previous supplier.

what our customers say

Through working with Unyfi, we’ve changed the way we manage our energy contracts. Their expertise has resulted in significant reductions in cost, and saved us time and hassle pricing up the best supplier and cost options
