Unyfi referral program

Referral Definition

• ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ refers to Unyfi.
• Acceptance of key conditions: By participating in our Referral Program (the “Scheme”), our existing customers (“Referrers”) and the connections that they refer (“Referred connections”) are deemed to accept the following key conditions.
• Eligibility: Referrers must be existing customers. Referred connections must not have already been working with Us, be an existing customer already on contract with Unyfi, under any email address or alias. The Scheme is open to Referrers and Referred Connections who are a UK resident and part of a UK-based business. Over 18s only. We reserve the right to verify Referrers and Referred Connections, and require proof of eligibility. Must be on supply for Qualifying Service for at least 90 days from the contract start date.
• Reward: The Thank you gift may vary by campaign. The active campaign for a Referrer is communicated clearly by the Unyfi team.
• Sign Up Date: The date the Referred Connections signs a Waste Management, Energy Procurement, and/or Merchant Services contract, through the introduction by the Referrer.
• Qualifying Service: Waste Management, Energy Procurement, or/and Merchant Services.

Referrals and Thank you gifts

• Introduction: Once a Referrer has introduced a Referral Connection to Unyfi they will receive a Thank you gift for each Referred Connection that successfully signs a contract with Unyfi for any of the Qualifying services, subject to these conditions.
• Thank you gift: We will provide a third-party eGift card for the Referrer and Referred Connection once the Referred Connection has signed a contract with Us on the Qualifying service/services. The eGift card will be valued £100 or £50 depending on the Qualification Level of the Referred Contact.
• Qualification for Thank you gift – Referrer: For a Referrer to qualify for a Thank you gift, their Referred Connection must meet all applicable eligibility criteria (Qualification 1 or Qualification 2) and sign a contract with Unyfi. Referrals claimed retrospectively are not eligible and will not be rewarded. We are not responsible for failure to issue the Thank you Gift resulting from an unsuccessful referral.
• Qualification Levels that are the eligibility criteria for the Thank you gifts sent to Referrer and Referred Connection as part of the Referral Program:
  
  Qualification Level 1:
  – Minimum Energy usage for Referred Connection business – 100,000kWh per annum on either gas or electricity
  – Minimum Waste spend for Referred Connection business – £250 per month (exclusive of VAT)
  – Minimum Card turnover for Referred Connection business – £50,000 per month (exclusive of VAT)
  
  Qualification Level 2:
  – Minimum Energy usage for Referred Connection business – 50,000kWh per annum on either gas or electricity
  – Minimum Waste spend for Referred Connection business – £125 exclusive of VAT per month
  – Minimum Card turnover for Referred Connection business – £25,000 per month (exclusive of VAT)
  
  
• Qualification for Thank you gift – Referred Connection: A Referred Connection who meets the eligibility criteria and results in the Referrer being entitled to a Thank you gift will also be entitled to a Thank you gift.
• Termination: If the sign up to us by the Referred Connection is subsequently terminated, this will result in the cancellation of the Referrer’s Thank you gift and the Referred Friend’s Reward.
• Notification: The Referrer will be notified by email once a Referred Connection has successfully signed a contract for any Qualifying services with Unyfi and the Thank you gift has been earned.
• Delivery: Thank you gifts will be provided the Referrer and Referred connection via provided email address within 1 month.
• You are responsible for any tax implications resulting from receiving a reward.
• By participating in the Scheme, Referrers and Referred Connections agree to use the Scheme in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as a Referrer or participate in the Scheme in any manner. Users may not participate in the Scheme where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
• We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Referral Program Terms and Conditions. Any amendments or new terms and conditions will be available on our website and the terms and conditions on the website at the time you use the Scheme will be the ones that apply.
• We reserve the right to remove the Scheme, in its entirety, at any point.
• The particular Thank you gift to which a Referrer is entitled will be that Thank you gift advertised on to the Referrer on our website at the time of the Referred Connection’s signs a contract with us. Rewards may change from time to time and different Users may be entitled to different Thank you gifts.
• Every Thank you gift advertised on our website will be subject to these Terms. In addition, the Thank you gift will be subject to any specific or bespoke terms notified to you at the time you register for the Scheme.
• Referred Connections may be subject to verification and we may delay issuing a Thank you gift for the purposes of investigation. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on us, our subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
• Any decision made by us in respect of whether or not a Referred Connection has been successfully verified and a Referrer is entitled to a Thank you gift shall be final and binding.
• Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the Scheme or any portion thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation of a Referrers account for any reason, any unredeemed Thank you gifts accumulated by the User are forfeited.

Suspensions Of The Referral Scheme

• We may suspend your Thank you gifts from your account at any time should you be in breach of these terms and conditions.
• If we suspend your Thank you gift account for any reason, we may refuse to provide you the right to receive any Thank you gifts.
