Glass waste, such as drink bottles and jars, is infinitely recyclable. Once collected, it is crushed, melted, and transformed into new packaging materials without loss in quality.
Whilst glass is highly recyclable, its weight makes it a costly component of commercial waste disposal. For this reason, the industry recommendation is to recycle glass separately. Doing so supports more cost-effective waste management, improved recycling efficiency, and circular economy practices
